This picture shows a 12” GFRC split column shaft lifting our 1,000 lb CT18-7 concrete column. The 2 piece shaft was assembled using EPI's FRP Industrial Strength Column Adhesive.

The GFRC shaft section failed upon attempting to lift out 1,500 lb CT21-8 concrete column, however the assembled joint was left intact.
